XRay error rendering web panel

Hello,

I'm trying to enter Xray settings menu, I get the following error message.

Error rendering Web Panel

Authentication request has expired. Try reloading the page.

I tried with admin rights, reload, logout, relogin, uninstalling and reinstalling the Xray, but had the same result.

What should I try to do?

I'm using Jira on cloud and I just started the trial.

Please reach out to Xray support, to make them aware of this issue on your instance, as this relates to their backend in relation with your instance.
