When I access our team site, the message 'Your Atlassian Cloud products are suspended' is displayed. Even when I access 'admin.atlassian.com', nothing is displayed in the product list.
How do I resolve this?
Please help me. Thanks.

It appears that your product subscription was not properly renewed. Was it a paid subscription or a free subscription?
