I cannot see Zephyr test cases in Jira
the following message is displayed: We're having trouble connecting to Zephyr. Try contacting the developer for support.
In the network tab I can see the following requests:

4. In Jira in UI the following message is displayed: We're having trouble connecting to Zephyr. Try contacting the developer for support.
This is an intermittent issue that happens on occasion, and doesn't last very long at all. I imagine by now it is resolved. For future reference, you can contact the smartbear support team here: SmartBear Support
