We started six projects for our sprint, and the first project "communications and engagement" is missing in the active sprint board, what step did I miss to include the project? Please help, thanks!!
Yes, this makes sense.
You've set up the board to do swimlanes by project, which groups together the issues from each project into a lane. The important bit here is that a swimlane will not be shown if it is empty.
In this case, you have no issues from that project on the board (in the sprint), so the swimlane disappears.
Hi @Sophia Hsiang ,
please check your board filters If you also don't see issues for this project in the Backlog.

@Ollie Guan Dear Ollie, thank you for the reply, I see the project in our backlog, just not in the active sprint board. Do you think it has to do with how the project owner set up the project?

there are several possibilities
1. Sprints are not started, you can only see them in the Backlog.
2. The columns in Issues and Board of this project are not mapped, so they cannot be displayed in active sprints.
