admin permission lost

My colleague just notified me that he is no longer an admin on Jira.

Same for me.

Because of that, none of us can deploy and we cannot raised a ticket.

We did nothing as we did not touch Jira.

Any ideas on where we should look at?

You don't need to be an admin to raise a support ticket with Atlassian.

Please click here then open a ticket.
