can not create my new Jira software

When I try to create my jira,  It doesn't jump to next step after I clicked the Agree button

@Rilwan Ahmed I tried as you said, logout and retry the proscess, but it doesn't work. 

after click the Agree button , it turned gray, but nothing happened.
