cannot change e-mail address

We are currently migrating from domain-A (my-organisation.org) to domain-B (my-organisation.coop). e-mail aliasing is working fine : any mail sent to me@my-organisation.org or me@my-organisation.coop end up in my mailbox.

I also want to change the default e-mail in Jira to be change from me@my-organisation.org to me@my-organisation.coop

Here is the e-mail I received :

Right after, I receive a mail with as Subject : "" confirmation email address change".

I assume there are some checks that identified the fact that the 2 domains are in fact one .but ... in this case  the check is not correct !

Can you advise as the old e-mail is due to disappear ?
