cannot edit a saved filter anymore

Thé JQL textbox is not showing so cannot change anything on the filter (change the criteria or anything related to the filter itself !) !

PS : I have been using JIRA for 9 years. Issue started after migrating to the very latest version

Where is the filter you are trying to change? On a specific board, a dashboard gadget, a saved filter, etc.?

Who created the filter?  Was it you or someone else?  If another user they may need to grant access to others.
