confluence page gadget not working

I am currently on the Cloud-based version and on v6.5-OD-05-041 of JIRA.

When I add the Confluence Page Gadget to my dashboard there are no prompts to enter the Confluence page you wish to display.  The only options from the dropdown list are Minimize and Delete - no Edit.
