I get this error,   any helps?

Hey!

If you are getting this error while trying to authenticate in the Jira Cloud for Slack app, it's usually a symptom of the browser blocking third-party cookies and thus preventing the application from securing the login process.

You may try using another browser or relaxing the settings in the one you are using.
