disable Jira Tab on excel

Hello,

I would like to remove the Jira panel that appears on excel when I open an excel sheet. When I close it, it reopens on next document I open. I don't want Jira nor this tab and the Jira addin is not installed. 

How do I proceed??

What worked for me:

1. With the problem file open in Excel click 'File' and then 'Info'.
2. Click 'Check for Issues' and then 'Inspect Document'.
3. Run the 'Inspect' option.
4. It should report there are 'Task Pane Add ins' and offer to remove them.
5. 'Remove All' and then close.
6. Go back to the document, Save and test it.

One option is to save the file as Excel 97-2003, the pane no longer shows and the Jira Cloud in the ribbon turns grey.
