eazyBi Report Errors after Authorized Resetting Authorized

Hi,

I apologize ahead of time if this is not the right place to pose my question but I am new to the community and fairly new to the Jira admin role.  How long can I play the newbie card?  LOL

I have a report that ran successfully until I reset the authorized user.  The previous authorized user left the organization thus his JIRA user account is inactive. I have confirmed that the new authorized user is an eazyBI admins.

Since changing the authorized user the scheduled import is running successfully however we are now getting error "Regular dashboards email subscription for your eazyBI account [name] dashboard [name] has the following error:

"We're sorry, but something went wrong while exporting to PDF."

I was able to recreate the issue by selecting the applicable dashboard in eazyBI, clicking  'Download report results' and  selecting PDF.   I can see the last data import was 11 minutes ago.

I am not sure if this is a coincidence or related to the authorized user change.  I can't see any reference to user account in the report itself.  I am not sure where else to look

Is there anyway to reset the authorized user to a service account so we can avoid this in the future?
