eclipse 2019 plugin

Does anyone know if there is a compatible jira plugin for eclipse 2019. I can't find the atlassian plugin when searching market place and when using the using the update sites from https://confluence.atlassian.com/ideplugin/atlassian-connector-for-eclipse/installation-and-upgrade-guide-for-the-eclipse-connector/installing-the-eclipse-connector

they are all incompatible with eclipse 2019
