edit other users Avatars

As an admin of our Jira Cloud instance, is there a way I can edit other users' Avatars?

Hi David,

You can impersonate the user as long as they are not a site administrator. See Log in as another user for details on how to do that.

This way you will be able to set up their profile for them and perform other tasks.
