i am working on gitlab and jira integration hence i wanted to create API token from JIRA but when i try to open API Token ., i see Failed to load API tokens. Please help
after repeatedly clicking retry option it is working now!!! Thanks
So the same thing happened to me... turned out my "session had expired". Though I only knew this by looking at the raw response coming back from the server when doing the call to fetch the api token (via developers tools)...
So I logged out and logged in again and it worked.
Funny how the front end was still working but api tokens weren't.

Both a co-worker and I also ran into this. I can confirm that there's a session expired error in dev tools and that logging out and back in again fixed it.
