few numeric fields are updated by mistake using automation. need to revert fields with old values

Hi I have 8 number fields which are updated incorrectly using automation. now all the field values show the entry as none. i am trying to get the previous value of that fields and update it in the same fields.

one of the field's name is " Analysis/Requirement Gathering Estimates Num "

I have tried to access the from values using automation. but it does not return any values.

i have tried the below smart values: 

{{#changelog.customfield_10486}}{{fromString.asNumber}}{{/}}

{{changelog.Analysis/Requirement Gathering Estimates Num.fromString}}

i tried it even using the log action option to see if it is getting any fields. but its not getting any values..

Hi @Jira Admin - Ram Sai Adusumelli , unfortunately you would need to manually inspect the history of each issue and change. Certainly update the automation conditions to ensure the error doesn't continue.

Yes i have Disabled the automation. but why  am i not able to access the values from the changelog?
