how I can choose the export extension

Hi; 

I'm using Jira Software Cloud 

I can only export in xml, RSS, Word and excel CSV. 

Is there a way I can add HTLM for example? or normal excel?

Those are the only options available on Cloud (unless you get Apps to add more).

For info, the Excel option was removed a couple of years back, in favour of CSV, as everyone wanted CSV instead.

Hi  but I do have the Cloud....

My issue is that when I export from Jira to csv the epic link  shows as Jira ID and not as a name

For JIRA Cloud, there is no built-in feature to do that. Spreadsheets can read CSV's. But there are many add-ons in marketplace.

Btw, please take a look at JRASERVER-61891.
