how do I activate and use a workflow I created?

I have a workflow I edited I would like to start using it. But it is not setectable yet. I must be missing a step but not sure what.

You should see a "Publish Draft" button at the top, below the toolbar, if you're editing an active workflow.

The work flow is not active yet, how do I get it active?

In that case, you'll need to add it to a Workflow Scheme, then associate that scheme with your project(s).
