how the performance when we migrate jira software from physical machine to virtual machine performance

we are planning to move JIRA software from physical server to vmware virtual machine.

any one having any issue after migration to virtual machine, please suggest us.

Depends on the power of the virtual machine. Will it have the same resources (CPU, Memory etc) as the old physical server?

Assuming it does, then the one thing you need to look at is the disk.  You need the JIRA index to be held on the fastest disk you can find - shared storage is usually inadequate, you need a local, physically attached disk.
