I'm currently on one month trial of Atlassian OnDemand. I recently found out about Gliffy and got the license key through gliffy. But I couldn't find a way to add the license. Then I went to my.atlassian.com and managed to add trial of Gliffy. It says I'll be charged $10/month after the trial ends. So my question is, how do I add my Gliffy license key so that I wouldn't be charged this extra $10/month? There doesn't seem to be any way to do this.
Thank you!
Sunny
The license keys are only for the hosted version of Gliffy. You'd have to have access to the admin screen that OnDemand doesn't have (for us).
Ask for a refund, they'll understand. G.
Yeah, I should have said "OnDemand vs. Installed". Gliffy plugin/license only for Installed.

Thanks G. But I'm not sure I completely understand. What I got is the Gliffy JIRA Plugin (not the hosted version of Gliffy). And their installation instruction says:
Installation Instructions
Note: You MUST have Administrator access in JIRA to enter license information
But when I access my Jira OnDemand/Hosted, there isn't that option under Administration. I guess I'm just very confused. Thanks!

Hosted/OnDemand Atlassian products do not grant end users the "System Administrator" permission that you require to install or manage plugins, so the relevant parts of the administration console are hidden from oyu - this permission is available to atlassian support engineers, who may be able to do this on your behalf.

Yes - there are two levels of administration. One level gives you full permission over the content and configuration of your JIRA instance, the other level gives you permission to make site-wide changes that could potentially allow you to screw things up for other customers of Atlassian OnDemand/Hosted, so they are removed.
