I would like to have a bubble that pops up when a customer hovers over a field in a customer service desk form. Instead of using the description field with a long-winded explanation, but would like an 'i' icon to appear near the field and when the customer hovers over the field it must provide a pop-up bubble with details of why we require the documents.
Please help!
Hi @Robynne Barnard - It seems like what you are looking it might not be possible at this time. In the portal it will appear as a text in the bottom and seems like you are already aware about how to do that using the "Description" or field configuration.
