I've installed JIRA Core 7.6.0 with JIRA Service Desk 3.10.0 with, and I'm trying instal Jira Software V 7.9,
But I'm not managing to do, I just set to update the current instalation, and during instalation, the process is aborted and the folowing message appear.
there are another process using the current istalation.
But I had stopped all services before begin this process.

Sorry to hear that there appears to be a problem with your upgrade here. If you stopped Jira from running, I am not sure what other process on your system might have caused this particular error message to have appeared. One way to try to troubleshoot this is to first disable the Service that starts Jira entirely, and then restart the operating system. This way Jira won't try to start up, and if there is some other process that is hanging onto this path, restarting the operating system could help here.
If you're still seeing this error though, what I would recommend here is actually following this guide to upgrade Jira: Migrating JIRA applications to another server
Even if you do not intend to switch servers, you can still follow this same guide to create a new installation path for Jira on the same server. In turn you can follow the rest of the steps in that guide to move over your application data in this new install in order to upgrade your data.
