a customer of mine can't access his jira account and gets the error message "Your access has been revoked" and to contact his administrator (me). I need the steps as an admin, to UN-revoke access of my customer so they can access the portal again. How do i do this?
Hi @Aaron Spero, welcome to the community!
You can follow the steps described on the "Reactive Accounts" sections of the page below
https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/deactivate-a-managed-account/#Reactivate-accounts
Please let me know if that worked.
Cheers,
Melo
trying now however it looks like a link to license a user, rather than one of our customer or 'Reporter' accounts. the issue is we use jira as a help desk and someone lodging support tickets has been revoked. do those steps apply to my situation?

Hi @Aaron Spero, were you able to "un-revoke" the user access?
Please let me know if you need further help.
