I have renamed the epic as feature, when I open the backlog page it is still showing as +EPIC to link the issue with epic as shown in the below picture, but as I have already renamed epic as feature I need + feature instead of + Epic, Is this achievable ?

Thanks in advance !

Just because you rename an issue type doesn't mean that you're automatically changing all of the inherent functionality around that issue type.

Since Jira has built so much around Epics (e.g. field names like Epic Name or Epic Link, the Issues in Epics panel), I would strongly recommend against changing the issue type name. You are going to end up causing a lot more confusion to your users because they are going to see an issue called Feature, but all of the back-end functionality is still going to reference Epics.

This will be even more confusing if you end up creating a new issue type called Epic that is the parent of a Feature, since that new issue type won't be associated with any of the functionality around epics that will be visible in your Jira instance.

What problem are you trying to solve by renaming Epics to Features?
