issue on the jira free plan

Hi, I have a question on Jira, why can't I find some sections like permission on my specific project, well I want to set specific permission like just admin can create sprint or delete sprint or sth like this but in Jira with the free plan, I can not set it on the specific project,

Hi Samira - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The Free plan does not include the ability to change permissions. All users have the same permissions. Take a look at this article for more guidance.
