issue type is defect and if the status is await, if the user adds a comment #salesforce, issue transition should happen to assigned status.

How to implement it using jira workflow toolbox

@prasad biddika hello. Are Jira and Salesforce connected somehow? Perhaps, you're using a tool for that? Maybe the integration is not set correctly. Would you mind providing more details?

Sending a comment from Salesforce to Jira cannot be done out of the box. Are you using any Connector between Jira and Salesforce?

Please give us some more details on which plugins you have.
