Hello @Lakshmi Narayanan Ramalingam
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
There are many resources available from Atlassian for free.
Here is just one:
https://www.atlassian.com/migration/resources
You can also consider engaging with an Atlassian solution partner to help you with any or all phases of the migration.
Thank you so much for your response. Could you suggest for less than 100 users, what are the different skills and team members required for the migration. Predominantly more confluence stuff and less jira projects. Apps also with minimal in numbers

Hello @Lakshmi Narayanan Ramalingam
In my opinion you will need:
1. A system administrator: a person familiar with the operating system of the host on which you have installed the application, and the structure of Jira files and services on that system.
2. A database administrator: a person familiar with databases and querying/updating them. It will be necessary to execute database queries and updates on the application database prior to the migration.
3. A System Administrator and Application Administrator: a person familiar with the administration options within the application for System configuration and Application configuration.
4. Do you integrate your instance with an external identity provider like Microsoft AD (or Azure) so that when your users login their passwords are compared to an external system? If so, you will need an administrator for that identity provider.
5. It is strongly advised that you create replica test environments of your instance with a copy of the data, and use those to attempt test migrations to a test environment in Atlassian Cloud. So, you will need somebody with the skills to replicate your self-hosted instances and copy the data to the replicated systems.
If you have concerns about having the necessary people with the required skills to execute the migration, then I encourage you to consider engaging an Atlassian Solution Partner. They can help you with assessing your current environment and provide information that is tailored to your situation. You can then make a decision about continuing with the partner to actually execute the migration, or proceeding on your own with the information they provide to you.
You can find a partner through the Atlassian Partner Directory.
