Hi,

I am not able to create tasks in story in an next gen project.

This breaks the child / child parent relationship , which is troubling the team. Can some one help?

Should we migrate back to Classic project ?

So troubling, the whole point of stories is that they usually have tasks within them to execute the story, in that way the Story isn't a task, it's a high level description of the ask. Leave it to Atlassian to release such an incomplete product.

I saw this on my first Jira project working adapting an old sandbox project.

Was resolved when our Jira Admin created a new project and assigned us Roles.

Now our only issue is our Swim Lanes went missing....
