Using JIRA software (Team managed) I want not to allow edit issue if "originalestimate" field if status!="New" in specific team managed project, please guide accordingly

Sadly, this cannot be done out of the box. Maybe with a third party app.

With company managed project you could do something like:

1. Use a security scheme. Apply a security level that is set when a field value changes.

2. Tie that with automation

3. A third party app with validators/conditions.
