problem using big picture program with JIRA cloud

hi there，

I used big picture plugin with JIRA cloud. Created a new program through big picture APP, and in the scope definition of the program associated the scope with a project KANBAN board with 31 tasks after JQL narrowing down.

The problem lies in that the overall program status of tasks would just not be updated upon the tasks were completed in the KANBAN board.    

Would anyone plz be able to help on this one？

Not resolved yet. More likely could be some kinda minor bug/issue that needs to be improved on that particular feature. 

I've further looked into the problem I'm having here, seems there's some inconsistent information displaying issue between the program detail page and the overview page.

Alternatively, you could contact the vendor directly - to do this:

1. Go to the App's Support tab in their Marketplace listing: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212259/bigpicture-project-management-ppm?tab=support&hosting=cloud
2. Select one of the contact options on the right-hand side
