"Integrate Jira with Bitbucket" popup, even when already integrated

I added a bitbucket repo to our Jira Project and next to the repo link on the sidebar is this little loading icon. I click on the icon and get this pop-up.
The wording ("Your repo is now linked, but ...") suggests I haven't integrated Jira with bitbucket. However, I have already integrated the two services, because I am able to see branches and commits in the Jira Issues.
Is this normal? why does it want me to integrate if I already have?
