Is it possible to have groups other than jira-users registered as Jira Software?

Hi @Robert Egan , 

If I understand you correctly, you want other groups to grant access to your Jira Software Server application.

1. As Jira admin, navigate to your instance <base_URL>/secure/admin/ApplicationAccess.jspa
2. Add a group to your Jira Software Application
   
   
   
   

Now, everyone who is in the added group will have access to your Jira Software features.
