"Story Points" field is not available for the "Issue Detail View"

For a new project with new scrum board, the "Story Points" field is not available for the "Issue Detail View".   

EDIT:  "Story Points" seems to be available only for Kanban boards.

Story point estimate is the last item at the bottom of the list in your screenshot.

That's not "Story Points", they are two different fields.

Ah you're right.  Is Story Points available in your field configuration for the project?  Also, what do you have set for the "Estimation" section of the board configuration?
