replace issue type icon with issue type name in Cloud

How do I replace the issue type icon in a view with the issue type description? We have a lot of subtasks and I have to scroll over each one to see what's behind the icon. This is not going well.

I don't think it's possible to replace the icon by a description.

However, I'm not sure where you want to do that. Maybe if you could provide a screenshot of the page as it is, we could better understand and provide an alternative.
