There isn't a way to copy config from one system to another natively, you'll need to copy it manually or get one of the apps that can do config export and import (I tend to use Project Configurator or Configuration manager, but there are a couple of others in the marketplace)
Dear @Bharath Siva
Smart Project Config and Documentation is a free addon that generates a smart documentation of a current jira project configuration. In this documentation you can see quickly notifications will be sent in a specific action, what condition, validation or postfunction is configured in a transition, the list of fields used by the project and its contexts...
In short, this addon offers documentation that helps understand the current configuration of Jira projects, helps document future changes, save time and improve the quality of the configuration in Jira.
As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- comments you can use other addons to copy configuration between different Jira instances (Project Configurator or Configuration manager).
You can use Smart Project Config and Documentation to quickly see the current configuration of a project and implement future changes faster. You can then use the Project Configurator or Configuration manager to copy the changes from one instance to another.
Hope this helps

So nothing to do with the configuration of Jira, just things you've attached to issues?

Jira doesn't handle "documents" (other than static blobs of issue attachments). Could you tell us a bit more about what your "documents" are?
