With the next-gen project, there is a neat control panel for slack notifications.
It works pretty well, but depending on the notifications, it can look pretty messy with the summary included.
Is it possible to remove this, and only have title and the statuses?
Hi @Christian Skjetne ,
At this current point in time, it's not possible to customize the Jira notifications on Slack, what we have is two options of notification style: compact or clean. In there you configure whether or not you can see a part of the description of the ticket. These options are available in the settings of Slack integration.
However, we have a feature request open in our system to implement this feature. You can check more details about it at the following link:
We encourage you to vote for this request and add yourself as watcher so that you will be notified in case of any progress. This feature will be addressed according to the Implementation of New Features Policy.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Dario
HI Dario,
Thank you for you response. Unfortunately you can not select between compact or clean in the next-gen gen projects.

Hi @Christian Skjetne ,
Actually you can, since these are the settings of the Slack integrations and not the project setting.
In order to do so:
Can you kindly test this and confirm you are able to configure the notification style?
Cheers,
Dario
