I think Jira can track outcome metrics like Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Scores and Net Promoter Score (NPS) Impact by linking issues to customer feedback, highlighting the impact of releases on loyalty. Metrics like Business Value Delivered and Feature Adoption Rate show the value added by tracking issue-specific business scores and user engagement. Additionally, Cycle Time for Customer-Impacting Work and Time to Market for Key Features focus on delivery speed.
This is an open question. Many outcome metrics can be tracked through Atlassian products, e.g. CSAT, Lead Time, SLA, DORA metrics...
