π Hey Atlassian Community! π
Quick question for you all: Is it possible to have two file attachment fields in a Jira request form? Or perhaps there's an alternative solution for this?
We're looking to enhance our request forms to accommodate multiple file attachments, and we're curious if anyone has found a workaround or solution to achieve this within Jira.
Your insights and experiences are highly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge! π

On the request form you cannot have multiple attachment fields, but the attachment field can accommodate multiple files in it.
If you really need multiple attachment fields then your only option is to use Forms instead, and it would look something like this:
But the same thing applies in Forms, the attachment field can accommodate multiple files.
Hi @Edgardo Ibarra you should be able to do this just by adding another attachment field within form creation, or edit an existing form to have another document upload. Please see my screenshot as an example.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question, but can't you just add multiple attachments into the attachments field at the same time?
