Hi Kedar,

What do you mean by "integrate"?  It tells us you have systems you want to talk to each other, but nothing else.

The answer to "How do I integrate" is

• Define what you want the integration to actually do
• Work out if it can be done natively by looking at what interfaces the applications have
• Have a look at the marketplace to see if someone has an app that could help

We can't tell you much more than that without knowing what your integration is for

If you are entitled to use a third-party app, let me introduce to Elements Connect, an app from my company.

With this app, you can create connected fields such as select lists directly available in your issues, with options retrieved by an API call.

You'll only need to connect to SAP API, and configure relevant queries. You can follow our documentation to understand more how you can achieve this.

Yes I checked in marketplace but I want to know that which add:on was the best to integrate without having further issues regularly

There's no way to begin to suggest which one might suit you best without knowing what "integrate" means!
