I have created a JIRA ticket and added one of my team member as approver. But still he didn't receive any of notification or email regarding the approval of my Jira ticket. How ever the Jira ticket is created and assigned to me. May i know how the approvers can approve or get notification of the Jira which the user created.

You have to set the automation rule to send the email, as JWM doesn't have the automated feature like JSM to send an email when an approver is added.
