user export combines active and invited as active, does not match the screen

I want a list of active users, including invited.  In the screen, it lists them as active and invited but the export shows all the invited as also active.    I want to see who is invited and now accepting the invite so we can follow-up and/or remove the license if it is not needed.  The last seen in the screen also does not match the export. For invited in the screen it says "invited xx/xx/xxx" but in the export it just says never accessed which is the same as active/never accessed so no way to determine who has not accepted the invite other than scrolling through the user screen and writing it down somewhere - not ideal.

To my knowledge not natively, the Users CSV doesn’t include an “Invited” column, so invited users appear as Active. Here’s how to work around it:

• Export two lists:
  • Directory → Users → Export users (include App access)
  • Directory → Managed accounts → Export members
    Join them on email/accountId and flag users who have product access but no “last active” for that product, those are effectively invited/not accepted.
• API option: Use the Organizations REST API to pull per-product last_active. If a licensed user has no entry for Jira/Confluence, they haven’t accessed yet.
• Audit log: Export and filter for User invited events to add the invite date.

Notes: activity data can lag up to 24h.
