using a license on more then one Jira server

Hi,

If my organization have more then one instance of JIRA servers, can the same licenses be used for the two servers?

This assuming that the same users login to both servers.

No, it's illegal to do that.  You need to licence each server separately.  If you have two servers, each with 80ish users, then you need two separate 100 user licences.
