@koteswararao , it appears that you are on cloud is that correct? Is this problem persisting? Can you share an image of exactly what you are seeing? If you are seeing an error message like this it is likely that you will need to have Atlassian support log into your instance and have a look.

Unfortunately it is less information. Could You please check log files?

• C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\log (on Windows) or

• /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/log (on Linux)

Sorry not see that for cloud. I recommend ask to support team.
