Hello,
You will need "Manage Sprints permission to manage sprints". Goto project settings --> Permissions --> Manage sprints. Look for which project role the Permission is granted eg: Administrator, now goto project settings --> Users and Roles --> Add users to role --> Add yourself or group and hit add.
