 I want to do the automation When an issue is unassigned and transitioned in progress, then transition back to TO DO but no change when i test the rule

Hi @Charu Pankaj kumar and welcome to Community!

I'd rather recommend adding a screen to the To Do > In Progress transition, with the Assignee field being required, this would be a better user experience. You can learn more here: How to prompt a required field when transitioning the status of an issue
