why the checkboxes custom field don't show in the issue?

Dear all,

i have created checkboxes custom fields but when i create the issue, it didn't show in the ticket even though i already put the fields inside the screen, where is the problem?

Hi @Nicolas Andika,

When creating an issue, you can click on ••• > Find your field to debug:

findyourfield.png

Type in the name of your field, and Jira will run some tests to check why you are not seeing it.

If that doesn't help, you can also click on ••• > Show fields to check your custom field is selected.

Hello @Nicolas Andika 

Check the Show your fields option and search for that custom field.

If that doesn't work, when you create an issue, navigate to the Find your field and search for your custom field.
