Add members to confluence space

How can I add or delete a member from my space

If a group is added automatically on a new Space, then it was pre-configured by the overall Admins for your system.

You are able to remove it by clicking the Edit Permissions. However, I would check with your system administrators if that is something you should do before proceeding. There could be a reason why that group is needed there.
