We have installed the AIO Reports, at the moment all the data we get and analyse from Jira is extracted from AIO. Unfortunately our license expired on the 25th of December, we let this one slip through during Christmas.
Not being able to export data for a couple of days is not the most critical part of us, but losing all of our created reports would have an incredible impact on our company.
We are already working to renew the license but in the mean time, and considering that quite a lot of people are on vacation so it might take some days, I'd just like to guarantee that none of our already constructed reports are not lost.
Has anyone had any experience with this situation?
Is anyone aware of the time frames between losing the ability to export data and losing all built reports?
