Are Gliffy mindmaps always this flaky??

I have been attempting to create a mind map in Gliffy and have found it an incredibly frustrating experience :-( Some examples of the flaky functionality include:

• When editing text, the spacebar is inoperable unless I've managed to get the settings box open at the same time;
• Sometimes trying to get the settings box open so I can type a sentence and not just one long string of text makes the whole editor lock up. I can't select another box or do anything except save, close update the whole Confluence page and try to start all over again.
• Also when editing text, I find it very annoying that the arrow key moves to the next box in the diagram rather than moving backwards and forwards through the active text.

Does anyone else experience this? Or does it sound like something odd in our install?

It's worth mentioning if this is cloud or server, and if server what version of the add-on.

I am having exactly the same issues in cloud, using both Firefox and Chrome

Dont know if it helps or is related but noticed this is the dev tools console

Failed to load https://go.gliffy.com/go/api/setutmcookie?: The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header contains the invalid value 'null'. Origin 'https://gcc-elb-public-prod.gliffy.net' is therefore not allowed access.
