Displaying line numbers of code macro in exported pdf?

When exporting a Confluence page in which a code macro is present, the line numbering of that code snippet will not be shown on the pdf exported with Scroll PDF Exporter. Is there a setting I've missed on how to include the line numbers of code macros in the exported pdf?
